After becoming an official SYNERGY HomeCare franchisee, you’re not alone. You’ll be paired with your Onboarding Specialist who will focus on the details of getting your business open. Your specialist will work directly on several start-up tasks including obtaining proper state licensure (each state is different, and we know the way), preparing business plans, setting up your office and day-to-day operations, and expanding your knowledge of the home care industry – just to name a few.
COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING IN THE HOME CARE BUSINESS
You’ll benefit from our 10-week start-up program that incorporates all you need for a successful office opening. Comprehensive training with our SYNERGY HomeCare University gives you an expertly crafted foundation on which you can build a solid business. You’ll learn goal setting, processes and tools, best practices for caregiver recruitment and retention, how to grow strong referral relationships, and general quality assurance to uphold our commitment to quality of care.
You’ll also attend a 5-day, intensive training session conducted by subject-matter experts from all disciplines of your new business. Once you complete training – you’re well on your way to making an impact in many lives, including your own.
ONGOING SUPPORT & FRANCHISE BUSINESS CONSULTANT
SYNERGY HomeCare provides you with a dedicated Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) that works as your first line of support. Your FBC will work with you every step of the way to make sure you are well-positioned to realize your goals and change the lives of your clients and your caregivers. This includes building partnerships, navigating the daily needs of your business, crafting strategic plans for growth, local lead generation, and marketing. Your consultant is also an accountability partner, a sounding board, and a business coach.
